Under the direction of the Superintendent, who is responsible for equity, the Equity Support Officer will drive the development, delivery, and evaluation of system-wide equity initiatives in collaboration with the Board\'s equity team and interdepartmental staff. This role ensures alignment with the Board\'s Equity Diversity and Inclusion Framework, develops tools for fostering an inclusive environment and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Annual (or hourly) Salary: This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) temporary position with an annual starting salary range of $95,098 - $103,153 to be prorated to the duration and FTE of the assignment.
The start date of this temporary assignment will be as soon as the recruitment process is complete with an anticipated end date of January 23, 2026.
