A health care facility in Barrie is seeking an Environmental Services Aide to maintain cleanliness across various areas. Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms and operating rooms, performing waste management, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates are organized, client service-oriented, and able to perform physically demanding tasks. High school diploma required, along with knowledge of safety procedures.
Environmental Services (EVS) is staffed by a dedicated team who are responsible for the eradication of germs and cleanliness of the health centre and two off site locations. EVS cleans approximately 800,000 square feet. In order to enhance our quality efforts, EVS employs an educator who is responsible for ensuring that all staff understand what to clean, how to clean and what products to use to ensure PIDAC standards are followed.

This job posting is for a variety of EVS Aide positions including Full-time, Part-time, Permanent and Temporary positions.
