We are hiring an Entry Level Personal Insurance Adviser for our Central Ontario offices (Parry Sound, Uxbridge, Owen Sound, Huntsville, Newcastle). This is a permanent full-time position, starting in March 2025.

No prior insurance experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and cover all related costs to become a licensed insurance broker. After training, you will be equipped to help clients protect what matters most to them.

Role Responsibilities:

Ideal candidates will have natural sales instincts, enabling them to put customers at ease and identify suitable insurance solutions at fair prices. Your duties include:

  • Assisting customers in finding insurance products that meet their needs
  • Staying updated on underwriting rules and processes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing informed advice
  • Creating a trusting environment to promote product sales and customer loyalty
  • Testing new sales strategies and providing feedback
  • Engaging actively in training and professional development
