Daily responsibilities include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Running simple virtual presentations via Zoom
  • Completing digital forms and paperwork
  • Providing follow-up and ongoing support
  • Helping members understand their available benefit programs
