Engineering Manager (Software Development)

Our Digital Transformation team scales this expertise through both NPX‑developed and industry‑leading products, delivering solutions to clients across Canada, the U.S., and globally.

🧠 The Role

NPX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Product Development team in delivering digital solutions for clients in the nuclear industry. Your primary focus will be on team management and performance, delivery excellence, and setting engineering best practices. You’ll partner with a Staff Developer to align technical direction and with the Director of Digital Transformation to align priorities and guide the evolution of NPX’s product development approach. Additionally, you’ll help shape how AI is leveraged to enhance workflows, insights, and product value, ensuring adoption is meaningful and results‑driven.

TL;DR : You’ll lead your team to deliver products that make nuclear safer, faster, and more cost‑effective.

Salary Range: $160-190k (Exact compensation may vary) .

Travel : Occasional travel (maximum once per month).
