A leading technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager of Hosting Infrastructure to lead a distributed team. This role requires 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams and a solid background in cloud technologies like AWS and Nginx. Reporting to: Senior Director, Engineering
The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Base pay ranges are organized into geographic zones; specific base pay within the range will be determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts vary by career level and are based on company performance against established goals.
