ADGA has an immediate opening for an Electronics Technician Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the senior technical lead supporting the maintenance of advanced electronic security systems, including motion detectors, intrusion detection systems, drone detection technologies, CCTV, Radio Communication, Public Address, Metal Detectors, X‑Ray Machines & more. You will also provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and intermediate Electronics Technicians.
In this role, you will act as a point of contact with the Regional Supervisor and the client’s Regional Authority while managing the flow of day-to-day operations. You will coordinate the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plans as well as special projects, ensuring the team operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for applying all policies and procedures, understanding the legal liabilities associated with the position, and adhering to occupational health and safety laws. Duties include complying with safety regulations, identifying safety training needs, completing initial safety and hazard assessments, and participating in accident investigations. Additional responsibilities include motivating team members to meet their goals, evaluating the quality of their work, mentoring apprentice Electronics Technicians, and preparing reports for the Contractor Regional Supervisor and Regional Authority. You will also be required to complete On-the-Job Training (OJT) within twelve months of your start date.
