Your responsibilities
  • Inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential problems.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of electrical components and systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Install and upgrade electrical systems and equipment as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers and other technicians to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
  • Diagnose electrical problems using testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Identify root causes of electrical malfunctions and develop effective repair solutions.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints to locate and rectify issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and equipment breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Other duties as required.
Our ideal candidate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical maintenance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle complex assignments with a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when necessary.
  • Organized, self-starter, results oriented, and problem solver.
