Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems or renewable energy projects.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification with the ability to obtain a PE license.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards such as IEEE, NESC, and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design Battery Energy Storage Systems and medium voltage systems.
• Conduct system studies such as ampacity, load flow, and short circuit analysis.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering project design and progress.
• Interact with clients to understand and interpret their needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, quality assurance policies, and performance standards.
