Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in relevant field.
• Will obtain Canadian Registered Safety Technician (CRST) or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in EHS roles, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Ontario and Canadian health and safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to advance Safety 1st Culture.
• Guide health and safety committees on EHS programs.
• Conduct regular EHS walkthroughs.
• Support EHS onboarding and training.
• Provide contractor induction training.
• Monitor EHS trends and compliance.
