A leading charitable organization is seeking an Early Years Educator for a full-time contract in Guelph. You will provide quality care and support to young children and their families, ensuring safety and supervision at all times. Applicants should have an Early Childhood Educator Diploma and relevant experience. This position offers a starting rate of $21.50 to $22.00 per hour, with various benefits including a YMCA membership and well-being days.
Early Years Educator - Full Time Contract (RECE, EYE)
Location: Kensington YMCA Child Care, Guelph-Wellington
Work Hours: Shifts will vary between 7:00am – 6:00pm. 8 hours per day Monday to Friday OR 10 hours per day with 1 day scheduled off during the week.

Starting Rate: Early Years Educator - $21.50 up to additional $2/hour; Registered Early Childhood Educator - $22.00 up to additional $6.00/hour. Provincial (RECE & ECCE), Regional (RECE & ECCE) and CWELCC (RECE only) funding grants will be earned in addition to guaranteed salary/hourly compensation rates.

In this role, you will plan and implement a child‑centred program in accordance with our Playing to Learn curriculum (0-6 year old) and the YMCA Place to Connect curriculum (6-12 year olds).
