Overview

Assistant General Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversee the daily operations of the Restaurant. This includes the training, development, staffing, scheduling and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that guests and team members have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They demonstrate strong leadership, contribute to a fun and safe work environment, and help foster a thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of guest experience.
  • Train, develop, schedule and manage Front of House team members; provide coaching and performance management.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Lead by example, motivate the team and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
