A global wellbeing solutions provider is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor for a remote, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of direct counseling experience. Responsibilities include providing telephonic and video counseling, assessing clients, and developing treatment plans. The position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 plus benefits including paid time off, training reimbursement, and 401k match.

Current Opportunity: EAP Clinical Counselor
Location: US
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote - Full-time position
Salary: $50,000 a year plus up to 10% bonus and competitive benefits
Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience
Shifts: Evening shifts and will include 1 weekend evening
Our EAP Counselors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat and email, demonstrating our approach to create a connection so clients feel heard, supported and cared for.
