Job summary

A leading printing and packaging company located in York Region is seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize their Amazon/Shopify product listings. You'll set up new listings weekly, perform daily operations, and ensure quality control prior to shipping. Candidates should have a degree in Business and at least three years of eCommerce experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese is essential for this role. 1. Set up and launch new product listing on Amazon/Shopify store weekly
2. Amazon/Shopify store daily operation including creating listings, uploading product photos, maintaining an active catalog of items, account health, logistics, and returns
3. Quality control, inspection prior to shipping such as product packages, labels and so on.
4. Optimize Amazon/Shopify product listings by following up keywords, content, reviews, and Q&A.
