• Post secondary education, ideally in business management, hospitality, facilities management, or engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years in similar or progressive roles in healthcare spaces (Acute Care and Long Term Care).
• Experience managing safety programs and familiarity with WCB/COR Audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Acute & Non-Acute Care services.
• Develop and manage client contracts and maintain relationships.
• Lead safety improvement programs across the district.
