How you will do it
  • Monthly/weekly reporting of Service Tickets for local customers.
  • Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders in coordinating Service department tasks.
  • Create purchase orders to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
  • Work with the Installation Teams on the handing‑over process for completed projects.
  • Collect and analyze data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.
  • Follow up with customers and collect their feedback.
  • Gather all necessary information for final close‑out documents.
  • Perform administrative functions including but not limited to answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing, and other duties.

This is a 24‑hour call center with scheduled shifts. Hours may vary between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so flexibility is required.

What we look for
Required
  • College diploma preferred; high‑school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service/sales or technical work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles desired.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing, and internet business application usage.
  • Independent work ethic with solid organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Availability to work any shift required.
  • On‑site position.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $52,000–$65,000 (salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
