You have experience and are looking to work remotely with only 2 days in office per week.

Responsibilities
  • Determine eligibility to short and long-term disability, salary continuance benefits and assess claims
  • Comfortable working downtown Vancouver
  • Implement the right interventions to support timely recovery and return to work
  • Build strong relationships with our Clients: employers and their employees
  • Lead Clients during the absence and return to work period
  • Identify and assess medical and nonmedical influencing factors pre- and post-disability, functional capability, restrictions, and limitations
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience as a disability case manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology or Business
  • Analytical and detail oriented, especially with complex claims and contracts
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Great communicator with authentic care and empathy touch
  • Resilient and able to handle and overcome difficult and stressful situations
  • Tech savvy – comfortable using multiple platforms and systems
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
