Job Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Director of Sales – Large Format Print to accelerate our growth across Canada and North America. This role requires a proven leader who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and leading a high-performing sales team in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share in large-format print, display solutions, and digital display innovations.
- Business Development – Build and grow strong relationships with decision-makers in retail, CPG, luxury brands, agencies, and event industries.
- Business Development – Drive new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach.
- Business Development – Negotiate and close large-scale contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Sales Management – Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, setting clear performance metrics and accountability standards.
- Sales Management – Implement sales processes, CRM best practices, and pipeline management tools to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Sales Management – Collaborate with client services, estimating, and operations teams to deliver seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
- Market & Industry Expertise – Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity in large-format print and display.
- Market & Industry Expertise – Provide thought leadership on how Resource Integrated can innovate and differentiate in a rapidly evolving sector.
- Market & Industry Expertise – Represent the company at trade shows, client events, and industry forums as a brand ambassador.
- Market & Industry Expertise – Identify new verticals, high-value accounts, and partnership opportunities to fuel sustainable growth.
- Market & Industry Expertise – Work closely with the Managing Director and executive team to align sales targets with company objectives.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
