- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Base pay ranges are structured into zones for geographic markets; the specific base pay within the range is determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Zone A: 234,000 – 344,300
- Zone B: 220,500 – 323,600
- Zone C: 206,100 – 302,900
- Canada (CAD; ON & BC)
- Zone A: 226,400 – 391,500
This role is eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Management for Growth and Develop pillars at Webflow
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap across CodeGen, CodeSync, Frameworks, and Webflow Cloud
- Partner with Engineering Directors to deliver native AI-powered codegen and editing workflows, ensuring scientific rigor and scalable evaluations
- Own CodeSync: bridging Webflow projects with Git and design systems (e.g., Figma → Webflow), CLI workflows, and DevLink exports
- Differentiate Webflow Cloud through seamless deploys, reverse proxies, database integration, and edge infrastructure
- Establish product frameworks for developer experience — balancing CLI ergonomics, local dev flows, cloud deployment speed, and AI-assisted tooling
- Lead and grow a team of PMs while collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing
- Develop packaging and monetization models (usage-based, seat-based, AI credits, bandwidth)
- Act as a visible thought leader internally and externally on AI dev tools and next-gen developer platforms

About you
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, including 4+ years in leadership roles owning multi-surface developer platforms
- Prior experience as a software engineer
- Strong technical fluency with developer platforms, cloud hosting, edge/serverless infrastructure, or AI-assisted coding
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering leadership and making build-vs-buy tradeoffs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to craft crisp product strategies and rally cross-functional teams
