The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, and business administration. The director of finance will be a critical member of the team and will be responsible for financial planning and oversight of credit and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes within the organization.
• Oversee and maintain all internal controls to ensure S.O.X compliance are met.
• Develop plans and goals for department staff.
• Liaison with local and corporate team members.
• Perform internal audits.
• Oversee all accounting staff.
• Promote a positive and healthy team environment.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews with corporate team.
• Share KPI results and Metrics report with the appropriate departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a director of finance.
• Knowledge in financial analysis and forecasting.
• BSC/BA in accounting or finance.
• Versed in MS office and financial management software.

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000/yr. Salary will depend on experience, qualification, and certification.
