Director of Care – Northern Health

As Director of Care, you will play a key role in shaping strategic objectives and operational plans to ensure the effective delivery of nursing, rehabilitation, and discharge services in alignment with Northern Health’s policies and priorities. You will provide leadership in planning, delivering, and evaluating programs and services, while anticipating and addressing the health needs of residents. This position oversees the integration and provision of a broad range of acute and facility-based services within a value-driven corporate business plan.

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $116,591 to $145,739, based on education, experience, and comparable positions.
