A leading fast-food chain is seeking a Director - Marketing Canada to develop and oversee their national brand strategy. The role requires an MBA or 10 years of marketing experience and involves collaboration with agency partners to achieve sales and brand health goals. The successful candidate will work in the office at least three days a week in Burlington, ON. Competitive compensation package offered.
The Director - Marketing Canada will create, oversee and guide the National brand strategy and key priorities for the Canadian Market. This includes developing and aligning both systems to national Calendar messages and innovation plans. They will partner with the international brand strategy team to execute plans while tapping into global research, innovation, and other global centers of excellence, as appropriate. The Director oversees external partnerships including country-specific advertising agencies and media partners. Success is measured by improvements in sales, customer counts, profitability and brand health.
It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Canadian Restaurant Support Center 5515 North Service Rd STE 201Burlington ON L7L 6G4 Canada or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 3 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.

Pay Range: CAD 143,000 - CAD 258,000 Annually
