Job description

As a Digital Services - Product Co-Op, you will work closely with experienced product leaders, engineers, and designers to support product strategy, feature development, and customer experience enhancements. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals who are passionate about innovation and eager to gain hands-on experience in product management within a dynamic and impactful environment.

The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

This is a temporary, intern position for the Winter 2026 term.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields)
  • Strong interest in product management and digital technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Self-starter with a passion for understanding customer needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior internship or project experience related to product management or software development
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product ecosystems
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
  • Enthusiasm for automotive technology and digital customer experiences
