WHAT IMPACT CAN A DIGITAL ARTIST HAVE AT ESG:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Artist to join our growth team. As a Digital Artist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative development and execution of visual assets for user acquisition campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including performance marketers, game designers, and product managers, to create captivating and impactful creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your expertise in digital art and mobile game design will be instrumental in elevating our creative strategies and driving the growth of our mobile games.

WHAT YOU MIGHT DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Lead the creative development and execution of visually stunning and compelling digital artwork for user acquisition campaigns and ASO, including app icons, screenshots, banners, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the growth team to define creative strategies and concepts that align with marketing objectives, target audience preferences, and industry best practices.
• Leverage your expertise in digital art and mobile game design to create visually appealing and engaging designs that effectively communicate the unique selling points and core features of our mobile games.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, design techniques, and user acquisition strategies to continuously innovate and improve the effectiveness of our creative campaigns.
• Work closely with performance marketers to analyze campaign performance data and iterate on creatives to optimize key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to gain insights into the effectiveness of different creatives, identify trends, and drive data-informed design decisions.
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure visual consistency between marketing creatives and the in-game experience, maintaining a cohesive and immersive user journey.
• Establish and maintain creative standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all creative assets produced by the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, design tools, and industry advancements, and explore their potential application to enhance our creative capabilities and drive growth.
• Where applicable, mentor and guide a team of junior digital artists, providing feedback, support, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets.

WHAT YOU BRING TO ESG:

• Proven experience as a Digital Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role in the mobile gaming or advertising industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and experience in designing impactful visuals for user acquisition campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of user acquisition strategies, performance marketing metrics, and best practices in the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven creative decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Compensation Range: $70K-$80K CAD per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
