Job details

• Summary: DevOps Engineer responsible for maintaining Cloud environments, managing and enforcing tagging policy, supporting GenAI applications development, and implementing cost optimization by automating the removal of unused Cloud resources.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• GenAI application development and support, including deployment.
• Maintain Cloud environments, implement and enforce tagging policy.
• Develop automation scripts for cloud environments.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) support.
• Infrastructure configuration (Server creation with Terraform and configuration with Chef).
• Utilizing Agile project management tools and IT service management systems like ServiceNow.
• On-call support; Application (Linux and Windows) on-demand support.
• Create and maintain documentation for Cloud Infrastructure and their applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

• Basic Education and Work-Related Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience.
• Any AWS Certification.
• Any Linux Certification.
• GenAI (Amazon Q and Bedrock).
• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Chef, CloudFormation Template - CFT) and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub).
• Preferred Years of Prior Work Experience: 5+
• Other Qualifications: Collaboration and Teamwork; Time management; Communication; Problem solving.
