The ideal candidate will accurately input, update, and maintain customer, inventory, and operational data while ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain customer records, reservations, and inventory data
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entries

  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Collaborate with front desk, operations, and management teams to ensure data alignment
