Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative . The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, answering and directing phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. The role requires maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and ability to handle a multi-line phone system
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing client check-ins, scheduling, and maintaining a professional workspace
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries
  • Experience in managing Reservations and scheduling in an organized and timely manner
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools like MS Office or similar platforms
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the legal industry is an asset
