Data Engineer

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who’s excited to work on cloud-native infrastructure, solve real business problems, and turn data into value. What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL.
  • Develop and deploy Python-based solutions that support data processing, APIs, and service integration.
  • Connect internal and third-party platforms via REST APIs and other web services
  • Champion data quality, observability, compliance, and governance—balancing agility with responsible data practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to design solutions that fit evolving data needs.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and drive iteration—aligned to KPIs and business priorities.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data platform development, backend development, or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure AI Search, Azure Cosmos DB).
  • Advanced proficiency in Databricks (Delta Lake, Apache Spark, PySpark, workflows, notebooks).
  • Strong Python development skills—particularly for data transformation and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and CI / CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
  • Clear communicator who can work independently while staying aligned with a remote team.
