  • Perform advanced data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation to prepare fish health monitoring datasets for analysis
  • Collaborate with scientists and analysts to structure data for predictive modeling and clinical interpretation
  • Integrate diverse data streams (blood chemistry, pathogen surveillance, performance metrics) into unified datasets
  • Develop and support front-end implementations in Power BI and other visualization tools for real-time dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with international regulatory standards
  • Optimize performance of databases and Fabric-based data lakes
  • Document workflows and provide technical support to cross-functional teams
Essential
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI

  • Expertise in data modeling, wrangling, and cleaning large datasets
  • Ability to design and implement front-end dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills across scientific and technical teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Desirable
  • Familiarity with aquaculture, biochemistry, or clinical monitoring
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of machine learning workflows and statistical modeling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Why Join Us?
