A local government entity in Metro Vancouver seeks a Data Analyst to support data initiatives that enhance decision-making across municipal services. The Corporate Services Department – Information Technology Division requires a highly driven and innovative Data Analyst to support data initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness across municipal services. This role will play a key part in shaping the City’s data strategy by developing and implementing business intelligence solutions, ensuring data integrity, and promoting a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data wrangling, analytics, and visualization to support strategic priorities and drive innovation within municipal operations.
$46.07 to $54.44 per hour (January 2024 rates)
Pay Grade 26 (Provisional)
Required hours may consist of any 7 consecutive hours between 7:00am and 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, and may also include an occasional shift on weekends or evenings. The City of North Vancouver currently works on a compressed work schedule with one scheduled day off (Monday or Friday) in approximately each three-week scheduling cycle.
