Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a supportive operational team at Dover Western Docks
  • Liaise with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Ensure all customs clearance activities are carried out accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment
