Our Customer Support team is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will impress Stingray Business clients by swiftly addressing queries and resolving Level 1 technical issues in a friendly yet professional manner.

Please note that the department operates from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends and holidays. You may be required to work weekends on a rotational basis (approximately 1 weekend on 3) and occasionally work evenings.
