A forward-thinking remittance company seeks a Customer Support Representative to enhance user experiences across global platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in customer support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping users. This is a remote position with a salary range of $200–$230 USD per month, including performance-based reviews and opportunities for growth.

Location: Remote from Cameroon or Nigeria. Languages: Fluent in English and either French or Spanish.
We offer round-the-clock (24/7) customer support to our global users. Shifts are rotating and include evenings, nights, and weekends. Each team member has two days off per week (not consecutive). Schedules rotate to ensure fair distribution of shifts. This structure ensures continuous support and regular rest periods.
Location-based compensation to ensure fairness and competitiveness. The starting salary for the Customer Support Representative role is $200–$230 USD per month, paid bi-weekly depending on location and experience. Annual reviews provide opportunities for salary increases based on performance and company growth.
