We are looking to fill a Customer Success Manager role for our Customer Support Team. This role requires the candidate to be located in St John’s, NL, Canada.

Your mission: Take every signed deal, from 50-site pilots to 1,000-site rollouts, and execute flawless deployments that deliver energy savings on time and on budget.
Project or program management across multiple simultaneous projects in technical environments—HVAC, building controls, IoT deployments, telecom, or retail construction
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and low-voltage electrical work
Familiarity with automation or productivity tools for workflow efficiency (e.g., project dashboards, custom scripts, or integrations)
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira), CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and advanced spreadsheet modeling
Customer Relationships at Scale: You’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers through successful rollouts, ensuring they see value quickly and consistently. Your work will strengthen long-term relationships and drive adoption across portfolios.
