The Opportunity:

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our call center. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be a vital member of our team, ensuring every caller feels heard and cared for.

Key tasks include:
  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments
  • Make follow-up calls after recent service visits
  • Make outbound calls to membership customers to book annual services
  • Prioritize and coordinate service schedules
  • Keep customer database up-to-date with accurate information
  • Handle other admin tasks as needed
Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Our Customer Service Representatives work in the office for each scheduled shift.
