Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in call centers.
  • Experience in vehicle rental or transport is a significant asset.
  • Valid driver’s license (class 5) is an asset.

Each day is filled with coordinating, communicating with teams across Canada and the U.S., and the satisfaction of helping clients reach their destinations stress-free.

Location: Lachine (on-site)
Salary: $21.50/hour + benefits
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 40 hours per week
Duration: 7 months with possibility of extension or permanent hire

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails quickly and professionally
Open new client accounts, place and follow up on orders
Prepare truck documentation and coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
Communicate with dispatch and terminals in the U.S. (notably Florida)
Coordinate vehicle inspections for Snowbirds
Follow up on customs files and collaborate with brokers
Efficiently resolve client issues with a solution-focused approach
Perform other related tasks to support operations

Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer service (call center or reception is a plus)
- Experience in vehicle rental or transport is a major asset!
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with MS Office (O365) and able to learn new software
- Valid driver’s license (class 5) : an asset
- Excellent prioritization skills and calmness under pressure to resolve difficult situations
- Autonomous, resourceful, team player
