Customer Experience Representative

Job - Permanent Full-time - Agent/Clerk - Customer service

Salary: $47 000 - $53 000

Description:

The Customer Experience Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience to Sani Marc’s clients across its various business units. Acting as a frontline ambassador, the representative handles customer inquiries, processes orders, and provides product and service support while ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate account manager;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advisory roles to our clients;
  • Follow up with clients/vendors regarding order reception or back orders;
  • Guard against complacency and the status quo with existing procedures or work methods; communicate freely your ideas;
  • Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor;

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma;
  • A passion for customer service;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell/ cross-sell;
  • Capacity to work independently and/or as part of a team;
  • General knowledge of MS Office;
  • Effective organization skills;
  • Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
  • Manage the inventory and carry out the annual inventory
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
