A leading asset management firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced CRIMS Developer to join their Trading & Compliance Systems Team. The role involves collaboration with Traders and Portfolio Managers, addressing trade workflows, compliance testing, and creating/customizing CRIMS solutions. Candidates should have over 8 years of technology experience and at least 3 years on the Charles River platform. The position offers a hybrid working model with a salary ranging from CAD 140,000 to 180,000 plus performance bonuses.

Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers? We are looking for a CRIMS Developer for an existing vacancy in our Trading & Compliance Systems Team. Our Trading & Compliance systems handles many thousands of orders per day in more than 70 countries around the world. We are excited to expand to Toronto to better support our growing 24‑hour business. We place high value on maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and creating a culture where each of us has opportunities to succeed. We are looking for a senior developer with technical development experience and solid business knowledge of asset management functions, portfolio management, multi‑asset trading in Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, credit default securities, etc. within the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS). Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in‑office and remote working days throughout the week.
Salary range for this position is $140,000–$180,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
