Job Description

We are looking for two Cooks who can efficiently assist in the daily with East Indian cuisine.

Main Duties

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes using recipes and food products for East Indian food
• Manage kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
