Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a Contents Technician to assist in the inventory, packing, cleaning, and restoration of personal belongings affected by fire, water, mold, or other disasters. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers during difficult times.

Responsibilities
  • Carefully pack and inventory personal property and contents for transport and restoration.
  • Use specialized cleaning techniques to restore items affected by fire, water, and mold damage.
  • Operate ultrasonic and other specialized cleaning equipment.
  • Document items, conditions, and restoration progress using company software.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their belongings.
  • Assist in moving and storing customer belongings in a climate‑controlled warehouse.
  • Work closely with the restoration and mitigation teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in contents restoration, moving, packing, or cleaning is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a box truck.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including water‑damaged or smoke‑affected properties.

Compensation
