A leading pharmaceutical company in Mississauga seeks a GCS Content Delivery Associate to develop content production services and collaborate with Local Marketing teams. The GCS Content Delivery Associate is a member of Global Commercial Services (GCS)’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and reports to the Content & Omnichannel Delivery Director. The GCS Content Delivery Associate is responsible for the development of content production services within the Canadian market.
The GCS Content Delivery Associate is accountable for working with Local Marketing Company Brand Leadership to deploy GCS Production and Creative Services within all the Business Units. The individual in this role must have the ability to partner effectively, influence, and challenge key collaborators. Their goal is to drive adoption and performance of the GCS content production capabilities. The individual must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of existing “business as usual” (BAU) production as well as the expansion of additional services.
The GCS Content Delivery Associate needs strong leadership skills and business insight. They must understand process solutions well and have cultural awareness. This enables them to develop and motivate direct and indirect team members located at various partners and production centers globally. The candidate will ensure transparency of risks across all the different internal and external teams. The position requires business insight, understanding of marketing solutions and awareness of how to build customer‑centric omnichannel experiences for the customers.
