Vous apporterez votre expertise en coaching et évaluations psychométriques pour améliorer le leadership au sein des organisations. Avec plus de 8 ans d'expérience, votre rôle sera d'établir des relations solides et de gérer des projets complexes tout en contribuant au développement des talents. Ce poste exige une maîtrise de l'anglais.
En tant que consultant principal ou consultante principale en perspectives et développement RH, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'initiatives stratégiques de développement du leadership pour notre clientèle, vous apporterez une expertise approfondie en matière de coaching exécutif, d'évaluations psychométriques et de chaîne de valeur d'apprentissage et de perfectionnement de bout en bout. Ayant le potentiel d'engager les hautes directions, vous agirez en tant que conseiller ou conseillère de confiance, aidant les organisations clientes à renforcer leurs capacités de leadership et à favoriser une culture de perfectionnement et de croissance continus, et vous serez responsable d'assurer une livraison constante et rapide de solutions d'apprentissage pertinentes à notre clientèle. Puisque ce rôle soutient la clientèle et les projets à l’échelle du pays, il exige donc la maîtrise de l’anglais comme langue seconde.
