As a Consultant in Advisory Services, you will play a key role in leading project workstreams and contributing to end-to-end transformation initiatives — from strategy through to implementation. You will work closely with senior advisors, clients, and stakeholders to assess HR functions, design fit-for-purpose operating models, define technology enablement strategies, and support change and adoption.
You’ll bring a combination of analytical thinking, project delivery experience, and a passion for the future of HR and Payroll. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow their expertise in human capital transformation.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, technology or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, consulting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll functions (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, time & attendance, employee data, compliance, payroll cycles).
Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., Dayforce, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM) and how they support functional domains.
Experience analyzing current state environments, gathering requirements, and working across business and IT stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro, Teams, SharePoint).
Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.
