is a national leader in land development and residential construction, and we are seeking a Construction Foreman at our multifamily site.

The Foreman will be responsible for supervising all construction activities on the work site. The role will work with the Site Superintendent on project budget, schedule, and productivity. This position is based in Regina, SK.

Your contributions to the team:
  1. Assessing the competency and capability of tradespersons/crew and providing training and coaching
  2. Assigning and following up on crew tasks
  3. Coordinating with trade contractors for proper sequencing
  4. Assisting subcontractors in scheduling their work and providing direction as needed
  5. Working with the Site Superintendent on project budget, schedule, and productivity
  6. Recognizing, addressing, and resolving issues among crew
  7. Setting and maintaining work standards and behavioral expectations to ensure morale and productivity
  8. Ensuring crew compliance with policies and procedures
  9. Supporting the Site Superintendent in corrective actions
  10. Recommending personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
What you need to be successful:
  1. At least 5 years of construction experience in residential, wood frame, multifamily construction
  2. Knowledge of building techniques, codes, and safety regulations for multi-story apartment buildings
  3. Ability to read blueprints and architectural schematics
