As a result of continued growth, we are currently seeking to add strength to our team in Edmonton, AB with the new position of: 'Licensed' Condominium Property Manager

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
  • Must have completed the 'Fundamentals of Condominium Management' course offered by RECA.
  • Must be either enrolled in, or have completed the 'Practice of Condominium Management' course offered by RECA.
  • You must love dealing with people
  • Problem solving along with strong organizational and negotiating skills is what will make you successful.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
  • Must have a vehicle and be able to travel between properties within your portfolio, within Edmonton and surrounding areas, on a weekly basis.
  • You will have crazy hours dealing with homeowners’ largest asset ever.
