WorkLink Employment Society is recruiting a Community Resource Centre Specialist to join our team. You will primarily work in Westshore, with occasional work in Sooke. This is a temporary contract until late November 2026. The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week, flexible within the days from Monday to Friday.
Wage: $30.04-30.62/hr
The selected candidate will start in January 2026
WorkLink has provided government-sponsored employment services to the residents of the Victoria Capital Region’s Westshore (Colwood, Langford, Highlands, View Royal and Metchosin) since 1978. In 2008, our services expanded to include the communities of Sooke and surrounding areas including Jordan River and Port Renfrew. We are also pleased to provide Indigenous outreach services to the First Nations Communities of Beecher Bay, T’Souke and Pacheedaht. Our non‑profit organization is funded through both federal and provincial government initiatives. A key member of the client services team, the Community Resource Centre Specialist performs a high volume of administrative tasks to support clients accessing who access our services. The first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Resource Specialist ensures that high-quality service is provided in our reception area and resource room.
