Job description

As a Senior Associate on the Internal Communications team, you will join a team of high-performing individuals who are problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role will primarily support PwC Canada’s Clients & Markets teams—focusing on driving client‑centricity across British Columbia and the Prairies—while remaining aligned with the national strategy and contributing to broader initiatives as needed.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Communications Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Craft and edit high-quality communications for multiple channels, including internal news stories, intranet pages, internal promotional material for multi‑channels like digital screens, screensavers, wallpapers, short videos, presentations and speeches and internal campaigns
  • Ability to create a full communications plan for stakeholders and projects
  • Collaborate on communication plans and execute tactics that drive engagement and awareness in your region
  • Apply an exceptional eye for detail when editing, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative ideas and innovative approaches to deliver messages effectively
  • Manage and update intranet content to keep information fresh and relevant
  • Support internal staff calls, webinars and events, including sourcing content and ensuring the stakeholders are set up for success
  • Conduct research to inform key initiatives and provide insights
  • Track and report on communication metrics to measure impact and continuously improve

  • Proven professional experience in internal communications, marketing or public relations within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal skills with the ability to tailor messages to a diverse audience

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information

The salary range* for this position is $52,600 - $87,700, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region. Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location.
