Salary Range : $100000 - $150000 (negotiable)

A leading law firm is seeking a Commercial / Insolvency Litigation Lawyer to join its litigation group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex commercial disputes insolvency matters and restructuring files.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and insolvency litigation matters
• Advise on restructuring bankruptcies receiverships and related proceedings
• Draft pleadings motions and legal opinions
• Appear before courts and tribunals as required
