Overview

In this role, you’ll be out in the field (and sometimes working from home), helping businesses across Saskatchewan get connected with high-quality internet and telecom solutions. Think fibre optics, reliable networks, and innovative services — and you leading the charge to bring them to market.

The Role
  • Find and connect with new commercial customers through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Educate businesses on our internet and telecom offerings, craft proposals, and negotiate deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and nurture strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The Person
  • Natural hunter with 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, or a related field preferred, but a competitive sales/business development professional with a history of success outside of these fields will also be welcomed
  • A knack for solution selling — uncovering client needs and matching them with the right services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience; you thrive in a fast-moving, growth environment.
  • Ability to travel within Saskatchewan and Manitoba (valid driver’s licence required; company vehicle provided).
