Clinical Director, Surgery and Perioperative Services

We are excited to announce an opening for a Clinical Director of Surgery and Perioperative Services. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Regional Vice President Cancer Services (Central), the successful applicant will provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the surgical programs at Southlake. This includes patient care delivery, operational planning, human resource development, financial stewardship, quality improvement, education, and research. As a key member of our leadership team, you will foster inter-professional collaboration across the continuum of care, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes, service delivery, and staff engagement.
